Unai Emery will speak to the media after Villa’s match against Fulham and is expected to be asked for an update on Onana.

Following the injury suffered by Boubacar Kamara in January, Onana’s importance in midfield has increased.

He has made a total of 35 appearances across all competitions this season and has been a key part of Emery’s side in recent months.

Onana had started each of Villa’s last nine Premier League matches and has also been in the starting XI for nine of Villa’s last 10 Europa League games.
