Albion are parting company with nine members of their under-21s squad.
The departures follow those of senior out-of-contract trio Solly March, Adam Webster and James Milner.
It remains unclear whether Joel Veltman will be leaving this summer.
The nine under-21s who will depart are Noel Atom, Joe Belmont, Matthew Hayden, Sebastian Jensen, Harry Mills, Yussif Owusu, Charlie Penman, Jacob Slater and Zane Albarus.
Midfielder Albarus will join Gillingham when his contract expires later this month while Eastbourne Borough have already announced full-back Hayden as a summer signing.
Slater was on loan at Harrogate Town last season.
Announcing the departures of the under-21s players via the club website, their head coach Shannon Ruth said: “A big thank you to all the players who are leaving us this summer.
“They played a significant role in what has ended up being a hugely successful year for the team, as we won both the Premier League 2 title and the Hong Kong Soccer Sevens tournament, as well as reaching the final of the Sussex Senior Cup.

“I hope this season in particular has created really nice memories for them and also the success of it provides a springboard for them to go on and secure new opportunities with other clubs. We wish them the best of luck with whatever is next in their career.
“I’d also like to give a special mention to Harry Mills who has been in our academy since he was an under-eight, progressing through the ranks and more recently making his Cyprus Under-21 debut.
“He’s another success story of the academy.”
