City plan for Argyle and Exeter double-header with objective set
The Reds conclude an intense run of pre-season fixtures with a Devon double-header on Saturday afternoon. City will first face Tom Cleverley's Pilgrims at Home Park, with kick-off set for 2pm, before travelling to St James' Park to take on the Grecians at 5:30pm.
Argyle finished last season eighth in League One, just two points adrift of the play-off places, while their Devon rivals were relegated from the third tier as the division's fourth-bottom club under the management of former Bristol Rovers boss Matt Taylor.
