Lincoln reportedly offer Skubala new contract amid Bristol City links

According to BBC Radio Lancashire, Lincoln's chairman and major shareholder, Ron Fowler, has agreed to the Imps offering Skubala a new deal, amid suggestions that he is one of the final two candidates in the running to fill the vacant manager's position at Ashton Gate.

Reports from The Telegraph on Wednesday lunchtime have suggested that the Imps boss and Bournemouth assistant manager Tommy Elphick are the last two coaches in the running to replace Roy Hodgson in BS3, following the conclusion of his interim tenure.
