
The Romanian arrived last week on a four-year deal for an undisclosed fee from Israeli club Maccabi Haifi. The 21-year-old started in a back three in the friendly on Friday, but his first appearance only lasted five minutes.
Eissat picked up a head injury with a bad cut over his eye following a clash with a Hatters player and had to be replaced by Taine Anderson. It wasn't the debut that the defender would have wanted and wasn't what Michael Skubala was hoping to see.
"Lisav picked up a bit of a head injury so have to assess that and see how bad it is," Skubala said. "But these things happen in football and hopefully wont be too long."
Midway through the first half, the Hatters took the lead when Adama Sidibeh fired into the bottom corner from the edge of the box. Sam Greenwood and Rob Dickie came close to levellers before Jayden Fevrier lashed home from outside the area to double the lead with eight minutes to play.
