Leeds have levelled up with inferiority replaced by belief after Farke move

Leeds Live · James Smailes

There may only be one game left to play this season before a well earned summer's rest, but Leeds can carry the feeling forward into the summer and beyond after demonstrating they truly belong in the top flight, such has been the manner of performance.

Snodgrass, who played for Leeds for four years from 2008, has been very impressed with manager Daniel Farke, praising his tactical approach and the way he has brought on this Leeds team. And according to the ex-Scotland international, it's going to put Leeds in a very good position.

"Daniel Farke has done a tremendous job at Leeds United," says Snodgrass, speaking to OLBG. "I feel he has learned a great deal from the last time Leeds were in the Premier League, and he has taken those lessons on board regarding the specific challenges and the different level of competition the team would face this time around.

“He has successfully built that momentum from the very beginning, and I believe he has done a fantastic job of establishing a clear identity. He has fostered a great relationship with the fans, and you can see that the players are working tremendously hard for him. It is evident in every performance on the pitch.

“They are finishing the season incredibly strongly, and their form over the last few weeks has been particularly impressive. They have now reached a point where they have grown in confidence to the extent that they truly believe they can go out and win, regardless of who they are playing against.

“That belief and the tactical discipline Farke has instilled are the end result of the work he has put in."
