The 22-year-old enjoyed a strong end to the season with Newcastle, taking over as Eddie Howe's prefered central striker ahead of Yoane Wissa, Nick Woltemade and Anthony Gordon.
Osula repaid Howe's faith by scoring five goals in the final six Premier League games of the campaign, taking his total to nine for the season in all competitions.
Newcastle could target a new goalscorer in the summer transfer window, although Osula is expected to remain an important part of the squad, after previously coming close to leaving.
Eintracht Frankfurt were keen on a loan deal for Osula last summer, but Howe was reluctant to allow him to leave, a decision which paid off at the back end of last season.

“If I continue to play well at club level, I hope I can become important for the national team and play a role here. I have to keep showing what I can do on the field and keep knocking.”
Osula signed for Newcastle from Sheffield United in 2024, and has now scored 11 goals in 54 appearances for the club.
