Saints to host open training session at St Mary

SAINTS fans will have the opportunity to watch Tonda Eckert's squad up close this summer, with the club confirming the return of open training.

The first team will train in front of supporters at St Mary's on Tuesday, August 11, as preparations continue ahead of the Championship season.

Tickets to the event must be booked in advance via the club website, but are free for supporters to claim now, guaranteeing their space.

Availability will be limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and each supporter can claim up to four tickets per booking.

The event will provide supporters with a behind-the-scenes look at life under Eckert, offering a rare chance to see the players put through their paces.

One of the highlights will be an exclusive first-team signing session, with supporters able to meet members of the squad and take pictures.

There will also be a host of family-friendly activities around the stadium throughout the day, including football challenges and fan activations.

The Dell pub and LEVEL1 will both open from 9am, giving fans the chance to enjoy food and drink at the stadium before training gets underway.

The club expect significant demand for the event, which has proved popular with families in previous years. No parking is available on the day.
