BBC Sport

Swansea City have signed Motherwell's New Zealand international winger Elijah Just.

The 26-year-old scored three goals at this summer's World Cup where he featured in all three of the All Whites' group games.

The signing is for an undisclosed fee though Motherwell have confirmed they received a club record for the forward following a hugely successful 12 months at the club.

Just joined Motherwell in 2025 having spent the majority of his career playing in Denmark.

He made 43 appearances for the Fir Park club and helped them secure European football with seven goals and eight assists that also saw him nominated for Premiership player of the year.

"He can play in more than one position and his versatility will be a great fit in the side," said Swansea head coach Vitor Matos.

"Elijah joins us after performing well in all aspects of our recruitment process, and after a brilliant performance at the World Cup and we are very happy to have him with us."

Just joins fellow New Zealand international Marko Stamenic at Swansea.

He will also be reunited with summer signing Stephen Welsh, who spent last season on loan at Motherwell from Celtic.
