NINE Cherries headed out on loan this season, and there was title success and relegation heartbreak, and everything in between.

The Daily Echo takes a look at how everyone got on.

Aarons headed up to Scotland to play for Rangers in what was an up-and-down season for the blue side of Glasgow.

He made a total of 35 appearances for the club, scoring one goal in 1,861 minutes.

His low point was arguably a red card in the eighth minute of their Champions League qualifier against Club Brugge back in August.

The right-back was largely limited to appearances off the bench since the turn of the year as Danny Rohl embedded in at the club, and he dropped out of contention in February, March and the beginning of April.

Three appearances off the bench came after the league split, while he was on the bench in the other two.

Daniel Jebbison

The striker joined Preston North End in the Championship hoping for a better time of it than he had at Watford the season before.

His time at Deepdale was much better than at Vicarage Road, as he netted six goals in 40 games for Preston and provided two assists – including scoring against the Hornets.

He started 22 games and came off the bench in 16 in the Championship, and he’ll be hoping to kick on next season.

Luis Sinisterra

Sinisterra’s permanent move to Cruzeiro has already been confirmed after the obligation was triggered.

He has found some recent form in Brazil, scoring a couple of goals in recent games, including one in a 4-0 win over Barcelona SC in the Copa Libertadores last week.

The Kiwi stopper had plenty of game time on loan at Lechia Gdansk in the Ekstraklasa, as he played 24 of the 28 games.

But it was not a positive season for the club as they were relegated, with Paulsen keeping just three clean sheets all term and conceding 41 goals in the league.

It is understood the Cherries will look to send him back out on loan to Europe next season.

Winterburn went to Barnet for his first taste of the Football League in League Two.

He played 25 times for the north-west London side, as they finished eighth in the league.

He didn’t get any goals, but he did provide two assists through the season, one in the league and one in the EFL Trophy.

He made 10 starts in League Two and three in the EFL Trophy, along with 11 substitute appearances in the league and one in the FA Cup.

Traore was another player who headed out on a loan deal with an obligation to buy included, so he is set to depart the Cherries for Marseille this summer for €7.5 million plus add-ons.

In total, Traore made 19 appearances across all competitions for the Ligue 1 side, scoring three goals and providing three assists.

He had some issues with a dead leg between September and mid-December, but he has been used regularly whether off the bench or starting since then.

Faivre had two loan spells this season, as he first headed to the Saudi Pro League, where he played five times for Al-Taawoun, scoring once and providing an assist.

But he returned in January after falling out of favour, and he was quickly moved on to Auxerre in France, where he had a better time of it.

He played ten times in Ligue 1 with two assists in that time.

That deal was a straight loan, so he will return to Bournemouth this summer.

Araujo had a successful time at Celtic since moving there in January, with some memorable moments, including scoring a dramatic late winner at Kilmarnock.

Celtic went on to win the league, but his time at Celtic Park was cut short by a hamstring injury which forced him to return to Bournemouth for treatment.

Dennis is another who had a good loan spell after leaving in January.

He was impressive at Leyton Orient, playing 15 times, keeping four clean sheets and conceding 17 goals.

Dennis is another who Bournemouth are keen to send out on loan again next season, so he can continue to get regular game time between the sticks.
