
Blackburn Rovers Head of Medical Andrew Procter is set to join Championship rivals Norwich City, Lancashire Telegraph understands.
Procter joined Rovers from Wigan Athletic in 2020 as first-team physio. He was then promoted to Head of Department the following year and has held the post since. He'd previously held the same title at Portsmouth and the Latics.
But the Canaries have set their sights on bringing him to Carrow Road and he is now expected to make the switch to Norfolk. A member of Rovers' nutrition team is also leaving to join another separate Championship club.
It's been a summer of overhaul with the backroom staff at Rovers. Tony Mowbray is a familiar but new faces, whilst Greg Stewart and Mike Dodds have also come in to support him, with Ben Benson leaving.

There have been changes in the Academy with Paul Butler stepping up from Under-18s to replace Gregory Vignal. The club are yet to confirm who will take the younger age group.
Steve Curwood has arrived as the long-awaited successor to Steve Waggott, who departed last summer.
