ANDONI Iraola urged his players not to panic after Newcastle equalised at St James’ Park on Saturday, and they were able to respond and claim the points in the north east.
Bournemouth were in control at the interval, after Marcus Tavernier gave them the lead after 32 minutes.
But the Magpies started the second half well and pushed for an equaliser, which, while Bournemouth defended well, they found with 22 minutes to play.

The Cherries stayed calm, though, and regained control before they retook the lead with five minutes left through Adrien Truffert and they held firm to collect an impressive victory and to extend their unbeaten run to 13 games.
Asked what his message was to his team once Newcastle equalised, Iraola told the Daily Echo: “Not to panic.
“Sometimes you concede one goal and you start thinking about different things.
“No, keep playing, try to keep possession. I think every time we had long possessions, we were finding good options to attack, and I think has been a really nice combination from the left side [for the winner].”
