THE Cherries are targeting an 18-game unbeaten run and to finish the season without tasting defeat since the beginning of January, Alex Scott said.
Bournemouth are currently 14 games unbeaten with four games remaining of the season.
Those four see them go up against Crystal Palace, Fulham, Manchester City and Nottingham Forest, as Andoni Iraola’s side aim at a place in Europe for next season too, to send Iraola out on a high.

In the reverse fixtures earlier this term, Bournemouth beat Fulham and Forest, drew to Palace and were beaten by City – although they were victorious over Pep Guardiola’s side in the same fixture last season.

The team are motivated to earn a European spot, and finishing the season with an unblemished record for the best part of five months adds fuel to that fire.
“We've been really good, 14 unbeaten, we can't complain of that,” Scott told the Daily Echo.
“Tough games in that run as well. Unbeaten since I think the January 3, so yeah, it's very positive.
“We've got a few more games now, we'd like to go the rest of the season unbeaten. I think that would be brilliant.
“And yeah, keep competing and fighting and hopefully we can finish as high as possible.”

The Bournemouth squad is a hugely hungry, young side – and that was shown on Wednesday in the two Cherries goalscorers.
Junior Kroupi notched his 11th goal of the campaign, while Rayan scored his third since January. Both are aged just 19 and they will be key in the run in to ensure Bournemouth can stay unbeaten.
“It's huge for them, it's huge for us,” Scott said on the pair.
“We need those players to score goals. They're both immensely talented footballers, so it's amazing to have them in the building and to have them out there to play in front of these fans, which I'm sure they enjoyed watching them play.”
