It was the fourth full day of Hull City's training camp in Slovenia, as the Tigers geared up for their first run-out of the summer against Turkish opposition.
The Tigers face Konyaspor on Saturday afternoon, and Friday's session in the Maribor mountains was all focused on getting ready for that.
After a relaxing afternoon on Thursday, following the team BBQ, where the players had time off to spend at their leisure, it was back to the grind of an intensive two-hour session.
Our Tigers reporter Barry Cooper is staying with the team in Maribor, and delivers his latest update...
We’ve mentioned the water canons before, and in the latest session, the powerful jets had members of staff scrambling down the steep banks, mid-phone call, trying to run for cover.
But there was no escaping. Whenever they sought cover, the canons followed them, and boy did they get soaked. It’s always a surprise when they get fired up, and this time, it wasn’t David Akintola who got caught.

Tyrell Sellars-Fleming and Matt Targett were continuing to work with the fitness coaches away from the main group, as they do their own programme to get them up to speed. Charlie Hughes continued his own programme with the physios, as did Hugh Parker.
Matt Crooks sat out the bulk of training on Thursday with a slight knock he sustained the day before, but was back in the thick of it on Friday.
The Ecuadorian has gradually looked stronger and more settled as the week has progressed. It’s been a difficult couple of years for the youngster, and suddenly, he’s been thrust into a new squad preparing for the Premier League, and while there are a few familiar faces, it will still be fairly daunting for him and will take him some time to settle back into it.
The pace and speed of English football is very different to what he's been used to, and having only played a handful of games since he was banned a little over two years ago, he will need patience.
He’s shown some nice touches, been a pest in the middle of the park, and has shown plenty of promise as the days have gone on, with his ability to break up play in front of his own box and shift it on to those capable of creating.
Another one who has caught the eye is Liam Millar; aside from one comedy moment when he played the ball up the line to an invisible man, he’s been bright. Up against the skipper in the training games, he scored a lovely curling goal, beating Jack Butland into the top right corner.
In truth, given he’s only had a short two-week break after the World Cup, he should be sharp and in a good rhythm but he's another who has looked bright, and always keen to take players on, linking up nicely with Oli McBurnie.
Attention now turns to Saturday’s showdown with Konyaspor, in what will be the Tigers’ first outing since that Wembley triumph back in May against Boro.
We'll get our first look at City in action, pretty much two weeks into their pre-season campaign. We'll also get our first look at Jack Butland in a Tigers shirt, and a first sighting of Zambrano since his last appearance a couple of years ago.
