United goalkeeper Radek Vitek is receptive to departing Old Trafford either permanently or on loan this summer. The young Czech impressed during his loan spell at Bristol City last season and is eager to spend the upcoming campaign as a first-choice keeper once again rather than playing back-up to Senne Lammens.
"I feel great and ready to go again somewhere to be, hopefully, number one, so we will see," Vitek said after coming off the bench for the second half against Wrexham. "We will see what is going to happen.
"At the moment, I am still here, but we will see. I hope so. I hope there will be some interest. I think you will know when things are more concrete."
France midfielder Manu Kone continues to feature on United's shortlist of targets. While a bid has yet to arrive, reports emerging from Italy suggest that could change today.
The Serie A side are holding out for in excess of £42.5m for the 25-year-old, it has been claimed. That would represent a considerable profit on a player who cost them just £15.3m from Borussia Monchengladbach after an initial year on loan.
Kone, who has made 82 appearances for Roma, was part of the France World Cup squad and reportedly wanted to wait until after the tournament for his representatives to begin exploring a move. He featured five times for Didier Deschamps' side in North America and played 45 minutes in their semi-final defeat to Spain.
