Norwich City conclude their home campaign by welcoming Swansea to Carrow Road this afternoon.

The Canaries start the day still mathematically in the hunt in the play-offs, but are seeking to end their Championship season on a high note - starting by trying to send their fans into the summer with victory today.

Philippe Clement confirmed a double fitness boost for City starting with Ali Ahmed expected to return to the squad after missing their 2-1 victory over Derby County in midweek. Ruairi McConville is expected to return after withdrawing from the starting XI in midweek through sickness.

City will be without left back Ben Chrisene after he visited specialists over a shoulder injury that has been managed for an extended period. Midfielder Oscar Schwartau is expected to be unavailable for the final two games of the Championship season with a muscular injury.

Left-backs Lucien Mahovo and Harry Amass remain sidelined with their respective muscular issues, with the latter returning to parent club Manchester United. Experienced defender Shane Duffy hasn't kicked a ball since November. Top scorer Jovon Makama is continuing his rehab from a broken foot, but has an outside chance of returning for the end of the season.

Ante Crnac and Mirko Topic have been ruled out for the rest of the season after suffering ACL injuries. Matej Jurasek is another player sidelined after a foot injury, whilst Papa Amadou Diallo is still absent.

City confirmed that five players, Duffy, Emi Marcondes, Jeff Schlupp, Daniel Barden and Tony Springett would all leave at the end of the season. They are expected to get a sign-off this afternoon. The club will also confirm their player and young player of the season before kick-off.

Swansea arrive at Carrow Road with little to play for, but will be hoping to end their travels with a victory. They will be without Sam Parker, but Josh Key, Jay Fulton and Melker Widell have been passed fit to play.

Norwich have only lost one of their last 10 home matches against the Welsh side, who are hoping to complete a first league double over the Canaries since the 2008/09 campaign.
