The venue can accommodate around 450 fans and is less than five minutes’ walk from Southampton Central railway station.

It is also under a 30-minute walk from St Mary’s, making it a convenient option for supporters travelling into the city for the game.

Papillon is housed inside an iconic Grade II-listed former church built in 1845, opposite the Mayflower Theatre.

The restaurant opened in October 2021 and has become popular with theatre-goers, with the venue known for its sophisticated atmosphere.

Tuesday’s Championship meeting with Swansea will be the first Saints matchday with The Papillon operating as the new away pub.
