"The positive and collaborative working relationship between the Green Taverners and Plymouth City Council Building Control has continued to strengthen over the years, with a shared focus on achieving a safe, compliant and high-quality facility.
"The marquee provides a valuable meeting place for the Green Army before and after matches, supporting both the matchday experience and the wider community.
"It is a great example of what can be achieved through enthusiasm, commitment and effective partnership working. We are delighted to have been a small part of this facility and wish the GTs every success for the forthcoming season and the future."
The Green Taverners have also extended their thanks to Bright Solicitors and Studiojb Architectural Services for their advice and support throughout the project.
Julie Milton, Bright Solicitors managing partner, said: "Bright Solicitors is incredibly proud to have supported the Green Taverners as their new marquee has become a reality.

"A great facility has been achieved for the Green Taverners and their matchday experience at PAFC. Without Gary’s determination and endeavour, this project would never have happened, and he deserves considerable credit for making this possible for GT members.”
The Green Taverners added: "This has been a significant project for the Green Taverners, and we are incredibly proud to have created a fantastic new facility for our members and the wider community. A huge thank you to everyone who has played a part in making the new Green Taverners Marquee a reality.
