Cherries at the World Cup - all the fixtures, dates and groups

THE World Cup gets underway today and there is plenty of Cherries interest for fans to follow at the tournament.

A total of six Bournemouth players will compete for their national teams at the tournament in North America – here are all the details.

Tyler Adams – USA, Group D

Midfielder Adams will likely play a key part in hosts USA’s team under Mauricio Pochettino.

USA vs Paraguay, Saturday, June 13. Kick-off at 2am (UK time).

USA vs Australia, Friday, June 19. Kick-off at 8pm.

USA vs Türkiye, Friday, June 26. Kick-off at 3am.

Rayan – Brazil, Group C

The 19-year-old was handed his first international call-up earlier this year, and it was followed by a call for the World Cup squad under boss Carlo Ancelotti.

Brazil vs Morocco, Saturday, June 13. Kick-off at 11pm.

Brazil vs Haiti, Saturday, June 20. Kick-off at 1.30am.

Brazil vs Scotland, Wednesday, June 24. Kick-off at 11pm.

Ryan Christie and Ben Gannon-Doak – Scotland, Group C

The Cherries pair are a part of the first Scottish World Cup squad since 1998.

Christie is a mainstay of Steve Clarke’s squads, while Gannon-Doak faced a race against time in the second half of the season to ensure he was fit enough to be called up.

Scotland vs Haiti, Sunday, June 14. Kick-off at 2am.

Scotland vs Morocco, Friday, June 19. Kick-off at 11pm.

Scotland vs Brazil, Wednesday, June 24. Kick-off at 11pm.

Justin Kluivert – Netherlands, Group F

Like Gannon-Doak, Kluivert faced a challenge to return from injury to make the squad.

But a few appearances off the bench at the back end of the season convinced Ronald Koeman he was ready to be on the plane to the finals.

Netherlands vs Japan, Sunday, June 14. Kick-off at 9pm.

Netherlands vs Sweden, Saturday, June 20, kick-off at 6pm.

Netherlands vs Tunisia, Friday, June 26. Kick-off at midnight.

Alex Paulsen – New Zealand, Group G

Paulsen is yet to play a minute for the Cherries after loan spells at Aukland FC and Lechia Gdansk since he joined the club in 2024.

But the 24-year-old will be hoping to help the All Whites progress in their third appearance at the finals.

New Zealand vs Iran, Tuesday, June 16. Kick-off at 2am.

New Zealand vs Egypt, Monday, June 22. Kick-off at 2am.

New Zealand vs Belgium, Saturday, June 27. Kick-off at 4am.
